This is a unique tea our producer made using minimal processing, lightly oxidizing to create the most fragrant and floral white tea. The tea leaf material is grown from a single bush mostly used for oolong tea.

When brewed, the tea is so clear, with a bright yellow hue, and heavy notes of flowers, including white peony and orchid; like walking through an in-season pick-your-own peony farm, somehow transformed into a cup of liquid.
