Elderflower
Elderflower
Elderflower from Brass Point Farm is a summer seasonal treat. When dried, the flowers give off a liquorice aroma, while its steeped liquor is a bright yellow colour with notes of fennel and shredded wheat. A surefire herbal steep to simply drink plain, add to your culinary arsenal, or even use in mixology.
