Dragonwell (Longjing)
Dragonwell, or Longjing is one of the most famous Chinese green teas. This tea is produced using a familiar cultivar, Qunti, and produced in Donmuwu Village, in Hangzhou, famous for its Longjing processing.
The dry leaf smells creamy, toasty, and nutty. This Spring first flush tea is pale in its liquor, and creamy, light, smooth, sweet, with hints of chestnut, toasted cereal grains, and dairy on the tongue.
